Victor is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity and confidence. Before moving into residential real estate, he built his foundation on the financial and operational side of the industry — as a mortgage processor, a leasing and acquisitions specialist, and a transaction coordinator overseeing deals from contract to close. That experience gave him a deep understanding of contracts, financing, and the details that can make or break a transaction.

Victor earned his degree in finance from Salisbury University and is a licensed Maryland Realtor, but what drives him most is the people behind each deal. He believes real estate isn’t just about the transaction, it’s about the next chapter it opens up for his clients.
